Bolivar Mine

Producing

The Bolivar Mine, located in the municipality of Antequera in Bolivia’s Oruro Department, was acquired by Santacruz Silver in 2022 and is operated under a Net Profit Agreement (NPI) with COMIBOL, pursuant to which Santacruz receives 45% of net profits and the remaining 55% is allocated to the Bolivian government. The operation is an underground silver-dominant polymetallic mine with a long history of mining activity in the district, with production dating back to the early 19th century.

The Bolivar mine operation consists of two underground mines (Bolivar and Rosario) and associated surface infrastructure, supported by a processing facility with a nominal capacity of approximately 1,100 tonnes per day. The processing plant employs a conventional crushing, grinding and selective flotation flowsheet typical of silver-zinc-lead operations, producing separate lead and zinc concentrates. Mineralization is characterized by consistent grades, averaging approximately 158 g/t silver, 6.73% zinc, and 0.41% lead, with head grades reflecting 2025 operating average grades.
