Course was taught with two groups of people in the San Rafael Community, focusing on Individual Psychology, Human-Educationa Psychology, Social and Labor Environment, and, Systemic Development. This was sponsored by Municipal SM DIF, and Physchologyst J. Jesús López, consultant for INTEGRA psychological consultants, was in charge of the course.

Vaccination campaign against Tetanus – Diphtheria, seasonal Influenza, measles, rubella, and Hepatitis B2 took place; thorugh management and liaison with personnel of the Health Center of the municipality of Charcas, as well as with support from the Nursing Department of the company, for the people of the San Rafael, Rancho Alegre, and San José communities. 

A group of women under 6, from Ejido San Rafael committed themselves to the active participation and use of what the company provides, with a positive approach, in order to contribute to the sustainable improvement of their families. 

This project was started with support from Presbyter Arturo Rodríguez Salas, parish priest of the Charcas municipality, who gladly shared his knowledgewith the attendees. The workshop began with the teaching of a techique for the elaboration of Rosaries with glassware and crimping material. 

The company donated 150 bonuses to the schools and the community chapel of San Rafael, for their december posadas. 

An invitation was launced to all personnel working in the company to participate in the collection, donating a winter garment in good and clean conditions or a toy.
